How do I update the email address on my account?
To update the email address associated with your account, please follow these steps:
- Login to your StartEngine account: www.StartEngine.com/login
- Click your name in the top right hand corner
- Click "Settings"
- Click "Email and Security Settings"
- Enter your preferred email and click "Save"
If you are unable to access your account to update your email, please email contact@startengine.com and let us know the email currently associated with your account and the new email you would like associated with your account. For security and verification purposes, please attach a color photo or scan of a valid government issued ID (drivers license or passport) to the same email.
