Under Regulation Crowdfunding, companies can raise up to $5,000,000.

Under Regulation A+, companies can raise up to $75M in a 12 month period for a Tier 2 offering. Tier 1 offerings are capped at $20M in a 12 month period, however, StartEngine will not be working with Tier 1 issuers at this time.
