Where can I find more financial information about a company?

All available financial information can be found on the campaign pages for both Regulation Crowdfunding and Regulation A+ offerings.

For Reg CF, you can find all of the available financial information can be found by:

1. Opening the company's campaign page
2. Visiting the “Terms” section of the campaign
3. For more detailed information, you can open the "Offering Details" linked in the "Terms" section of the campaign page.
4. If you have questions, feel free to submit a comment in the "Comment" section of their campaign page.

For Reg A+ offerings, you can find all of the available financial information by:

1. Opening the company's campaign page
2. Opening the "Offering Circular"
3. Click "Financial Statements" in under the Table of Contents
4. If you have questions, feel free to submit a comment in the "Comment" section of their campaign page.

Please note, campaigns that are currently Testing the Waters are not required to display their finances until they go into live offering mode.
