How do I deposit and withdraw funds?
To withdraw or deposit funds on your StartEngine Secondary account, first you will need to link your bank account.
Withdrawing funds from your Secondary account has been designed to protect your security.
To Deposit funds using your browser:
- Login to your StartEngine account at: secondary.startengine.com
- Click on "My Dashboard"
- Click on "Bank Accounts"
- Complete the "Deposit Cash" form to the right
- Once the deposit is submitted it typically takes 24-72 hours for the funds to settle in your account.
To withdraw funds from your account, using a browser, please follow these steps:
- Login to your StartEngine account at: secondary.startengine.com
- Click on "My Dashboard"
- Click on "Bank Accounts"
- Complete the "Withdraw Cash" form to the right
- You will receive an email from StartEngine with the subject line "You've Initiated a Withdrawal From Your Investment Account."
- This will be followed by an email from noreply@primetrust.com (please check spam, and add this address to your contacts list if you don't receive it) with the subject line "[Action Required] - Disbursement Confirmation."
- Open this email and click on the "Confirm Disbursement" button.
- Once you have confirmed the withdrawal, your funds will be available in 5-10 business days
You will receive an email with the subject line "You've Initiated a Withdrawal From Your Investment Account."
This will be followed by an email from noreply@primetrust.com (please check spam, and add this address to your contacts list if you don't receive it) with the subject line "[Action Required] - Disbursement Confirmation."
Open this email and click on the "Confirm Disbursement" button.
Once you have confirmed the withdrawal, your funds will be available in 5-10 business days.
