How do I sign up for StartEngine Secondary?
To open an investment account via our trading platform, StartEngine Secondary, please follow the instructions below:
- Head to secondary.startengine.com.
- If you already have a StartEngine account, sign in with the email and password associated with your StartEngine account.
- If you do not have a StartEngine account, click "signup" or login using Google, Apple, or Facebook social logins.
- Once you are signed in, enter the requested information and submit your account!
After account is submitted, it will be marked "pending" while our banking partner verifies the information you provided.
If the account is approved, it will be marked "open" or approved". From there, you are all set to link your bank account and begin trading.
If the information provided cannot be verified, your account will stay in "pending" status and you will be given the opportunity to upload new documents via the "error" tab that will appear. If your account is still pending a week after submission, please reach out to contact@startengine.com and we can assist in having your account approved.
