What companies are trading on StartEngine Secondary

StartEngine Secondary is an alternative trading system regulated by the SEC and operated by StartEngine Primary, LLC, a broker dealer registered with the SEC and FINRA.

Currently, Graze, Care2, 20/20 GeneSystems Parallel Flight Technologies (Reg A+ only) shares are trading on StartEngine Secondary.

Two additional companies, Care2 and 20/20 GeneSystems have signed on to trade on StartEngine Secondary following the close of their offering campaigns. There is not an exact timeline for when these companies will be live and trading, but be sure to keep an eye on your email for updates!

You can view other companies that have signed on to trade at the top of StartEngine.com/explore.

We look forward to listing more companies soon, but it is important to note that not every company that raises on StartEngine will decide to list on our secondary trading platform.

StartEngine itself was trading on StartEngine Secondary from October 2020-June 2021, however, StartEngine's Blue Sky exemption expired on June 30th, 2021. The manual exemption expires 6 months following the company's fiscal year end as standard. This is the exemption that allows trading in the majority of states as well as DC, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

There is currently no federal exemption which would consolidate all state trading laws under one umbrella. We understand this may be frustrating, and we also hope that the SEC creates a federal exemption for secondary market transactions for Reg CF and Reg A+ securities, but as of today, this is the current status.

Please note: A company which intends to apply to list its securities on the marketplace will be subject to certain requirements which it may or may not be able to satisfy in a timely manner. Even if a company is qualified to list its securities on the market, there is no guarantee that a demand for these securities will exist. Even if a company does meet the requirements for listing its securities, we do not know the extent to which investor interest will lead to the development and maintenance of a liquid trading market. You should assume that you may not be able to liquidate your investment for some time or be able to pledge these shares as collateral.
