When and how will I receive my campaign perks?
Campaign perks for investments will be listed on the righthand side of a company's campaign page, under the "rewards" section. Not all companies offer campaign perks, in which case there will not be a "rewards" section.
If a company is offering campaign perks the following applies:
In order to receive perks from an investment, one must submit a single investment that meets the minimum perk requirement. Bonus shares from perks will not be granted if an investor submits multiple investments that, when combined, meet the perk requirement.
If a company offers other perks, such as their products or service, they may be willing to grant you these perks for the combined total of your investment. You can inquire about this by reaching out to the company via the "comments" section of the campaign page.
Companies issue all perks directly to their investors after their campaign closes.
If the campaign has closed and you have not received information regarding your perk, you can reach out to the company via the "comments" section of their campaign page or via the email provided towards the bottom of your signed subscription agreement.
