How much can I invest?

The limits for Non-Accredited investors depend on which type of campaign you are investing in.

When investing in Regulation A+ offerings, a Non-Accredited investor may invest a maximum of 10% of their Annual Income or Net Worth, whichever is greater.

When investing in Regulation Crowdfunding offerings, a Non-Accredited investor with an Annual Income or Net Worth of less than $107,000, will be limited to invest the greater of $2,200 or 5% of the greater of their Annual Income or Net Worth over any 12-month period.

If the Annual Income and Net Worth of a Non-Accredited investor are both equal to or greater than $107,000, the investor is limited to 10% of the greater of his or her Annual Income or Net Worth, to an annual maximum of $107,000 over any 12-month period.

How do I know if I am an Accredited or Non-Accredited investor?

An accredited investor is a person who has a Net Worth of at least $1 million, or earns at least $200,000 in income each year ($300K if combined with a spouse), there are no restrictions on investing limits in either Regulation A+, or Regulation Crowdfunding offerings. A Non-Accredited investor is everyone else.

For Accredited Investors, there are no restrictions on investing limits in either Regulation A+, or Regulation Crowdfunding offerings.

Can I invest if I am under the age of 18?

An investor under 18 cannot invest themselves, however, a parent could invest in his/her name by setting up a UTMA or trust.
