Do I have to sign any agreements with StartEngine to launch my Reg CF?

There are a couple of agreements that each company needs to sign before going live. The agreements are required to set up your escrow account and connect with their technology.

Each company must also sign StartEngine's Posting Agreement. The Posting Agreement is the legal agreement between StartEngine and the company.

Read the posting agreement so you can review it, but you will sign it during the on-boarding process.
